Eligibility

 

Perth Diving Academy Hillarys will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund, bring in or mail your item within 30 days from the original order date. If you would like to exchange your item, this can be done in store or you can send the item back, though you are responsible for your items shipping cost both ways. Items will not be accepted for return or exchange after 30 days from the original order date. In order for items to be received, you MUST have your original tax invoice, items must be returned with all tags still attached and must be in their original packagings, such as a dust bag or box.

Please note:

• Perth Diving Academy Hillarys is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.

• Perth Diving Academy Hillarys is not responsible for the misuse or mishandling of products.

Gift Vouchers

Perth Diving Academy Hillarys will not issue a cash refund for gift vouchers.

​

You are responsible for the use and safety of your Gift Voucher. You are liable for all transactions on your Gift Voucher, except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us.

Treat your Gift Card like cash. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. The bearer of the Gift Card will be taken to be the owner of the Gift Card.

 

Return Shipping

We urge you to come to our storefront in Hillarys to return or exchange your item. However, if you can not do this, then you are responsible for the cost of your return shipping. Items must be received within 30 days of your original order date to be eligible for a refund or exchange. To initiate a refund, please send us a refund request.
